To expand our network and deliver more personal, localized service, we are looking for Regional Representatives.
What is the role?
The Regional Representative is the local partner and face of SeaRent.bg in a specific resort or city. They connect the platform with property owners and ensure excellent on-site service for our guests.
Main Responsibilities
1. Supporting Property Owners
- Presenting the services of SeaRent.bg to local property owners.
- Advising on furnishing, maintenance, and hospitality standards.
- Acting as a point of contact for property owners in the region.
2. Coordinating Operations
- Organizing and supervising cleaning, laundry, technical maintenance, and key handover services.
- Inspecting properties before and after guest stays.
- Ensuring consistent quality according to SeaRent.bg standards.
3. Guest Communication
- Assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing information about the property, the complex, and the region.
- Handling guest requests and resolving issues during their stay.
4. Local Networking and Marketing
- Building partnerships with local restaurants, transport providers, and tourist services.
- Supporting promotional activities and campaigns of SeaRent.bg in the region.
- Collecting feedback to continuously improve our services.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
- Assisting with minor repairs when needed.
- Helping to find and coordinate subcontractors for larger maintenance or renovation works.
What We Expect
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or real estate is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the region and its services.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
